Description

This Mad Hatter, with totally different clothes, because the old clothes just didn't work... And next to him is a female version of him. The reason I made a female version of him is because I saw a picture of a pretty hat, and it wouldn't look good on a guy, so I made a character to match the hat. :D And the skulls..... well, I just wanted to learn how to draw them.. xD
